Responsibilities
Justin Cummings is responsible for the Agency, Corporate and Professional Services Department, and the overall promotion and marketing of Cummings Commercial in conjunction with Co-Director, Robert White, who specialises in Asset Management and Agency, and Mark Addicott, who specialises in Project Management and Dilapidations.

Prior Assignments
Justin established the company in February 1997 having initially been responsible for Asset Management.

Professional Experience
Prior to 1997, Justin was an Equity Partner with Joiner Cummings for 5 years and prior to that an Equity Partner and Associate Partner at Miles Joiner Cummings and Goldstein Leigh Associates respectively with whom he qualified in 1982 as a Chartered Surveyor. Justin is a highly experienced and very tenacious Surveyor having acted for a wide variety of private and public sector clients dealing with office and industrial acquisitions and disposals, rent reviews and lease renewals, investment and development.

Justin has particular experience in Corporate Property Asset Management and is focused on adding value and limiting liability for our clients.  He also appears as an Expert Witness in rent review arbitration/expert referrals as well as in Court proceedings on Statutory lease renewals and dilapidations.

Justin has been based in the West End of London for 34 years working as a commercial Chartered Surveyor since 1982.

Education/Qualifications
BSc (Hons) 2.1 in Estate Management from Thames Polytechnic now the University of Greenwich. Higher Tech diploma in Estate Management at Leicester Polytechnic, 3 A-Levels, 11 O-Levels.

Family, rugby, running, boating, clay pigeon shooting and entertaining.
