Responsibilities
Since joining Cummings Commercial in 2003 Robert has concentrated on providing Asset Management services for landlord client’s and Corporate Real Estate Management services for tenant/occupiers throughout the UK. He is actively involved in providing advice relating to the acquisition and disposal of premises, investment opportunities and professional services.
Professional Experience
Robert graduated in July 2003 with a degree in Valuation & Estate Management. He joined Cummings Commercial in October 2003 and has acted for a wide variety of clients in both the public and private sectors. His involvement in Asset Management has allowed him to work with all forms and sizes of commercial property including offices, industrial/warehouses and shops/shopping centres.
Robert is a proactive and dedicated surveyor and is committed to providing an efficient and professional service to his clients.

BSc (Hons) Valuation & Estate Management at the University of the West of England, Bristol.
