Our initial audit is a thorough review of all legal documentation including leases, licences for alterations, deeds of variation, rent review memoranda and title deeds.
We then inspect the properties and report in detail with a property schedule flagging key event dates such as break options, lease expiries, rent reviews etc as well as summary pro-formas on each property with all the salient information.   Read more >>
The content of the schedules and pro-formas and the style of reporting is totally at our clients discretion and we can provide as much or as little information as required.
For some clients we approve all demands raised by landlords, rating authorities and utility companies prior to authorising payment.
